If anyone has an idea for a cool new place, or if they want to raise an army and invade somewhere, or if they just want anything that'll be huge to happen, then they should send a personal message to the Mod in charge of the particular area in question, detailing what they wish to do. Odds on we'll let it happen, unless we have specific plans that dont mesh with yours, or we just don't like it. XD
